Small Bowel Capsule Endoscopy
Capsule Endoscopy is an established modality for the direct visualisation of the small bowel mucosa. Since its establishment in 2000, it has become a first line tool for the investigation of small bowel lesions. Whilst the procedure remains extremely patient friendly, the time-consuming aspect for clinician analysis has remained an unsolved problem; until now.
The NaviCam System with ProScan, based on a deep-learning algorithm has a lesion detection sensitivity of 99.9%. The ProScan feature is not intended to detect pathology in lieu of a physician and should not be used as a substitute for reviewing the entire video.

NaviCam comprises the first Capsule Endoscopy system with the addition of ProScan, a deep-learning CNN platform able to distinguish and detect pathologies across over 12 variations.
