- Lowers the purchasing costs for instruments and cuts out unnecessary reprocessing costs
Extended Shelf-Life
- 5-year shelf-life prior to sterilization, ensuring optimal longevity for your products
- Heat seal pouch maintains 5-year and selfseal pouch 3-years shelf-life post-sterilization, resulting in reduced inventory and processing costs
Proven Safety through Extensive Studies
- Sterilant penetration tests completed using double pouching and half-cycle method
- Material compatibility for Steam sterilization validated
- Wet pack analyzes completed with maximum load of 1,25kgs. Results show that the moisture content of the pouches do not increase during the sterilization process
- Cytotoxicity studies confi rm that our pouches do not have a cytotoxic effect
- Intuitive completed sterilization effi cacy validations for the wrapped tray confi gurations and furthermore adaption study with conclusion that results can be adopted for the Wipak Robotic double peel pouch confi guration for each da Vinci product family
- Isega study to show conformance to EN868-5 and ISO11607-1
Printing
