Histolock Resection device for flat tissue
The Histolock® Resection device features a stiff twisted monofilament snare wire to help recruit and resect flat tissue during complex polypectomy procedures.
How the Histolock Resection Device Works
The Histolock device is an electrocautery snare designed to be used to endoscopically grasp, dissect and transect tissue during Gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures. Flat polyps can be very difficult to grab and resect. The stiffness of its monofilament snare wire makes the Histolock polypectomy resection device ideal for flat polyp removal or sessile polyp removal.
- Features a stiff twisted, monofilament snare wire that helps to recruit and resect flat tissue while lying flat on mucosa
- Offers a 14 mm snare size for easy maneuverability and precise placement around lesions
Ideal for the resection of difficult, flat or sessile lesions:
Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR), Adherent Polypoid or Scarred Tissue, Lift-and-Cut Resection
