1. ERP System Support (D365 F&O):
- Act as the primary point of contact for key users within the organization, providing day-to-day support and ensuring the efficient use of D365 F&O.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating with internal teams or external partners.
- Maintain and improve the user experience by identifying areas of improvement in existing processes.
2. Business Process Innovation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
- Lead workshops with key users to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement of ERP processes.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements.
3. New Company Integration:
- Support projects to migrate companies from other ERP systems to the Group D365 F&O.
- Work closely with the new companies to map their processes to D365 F&O functionalities, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support data migration plans and system configurations.
- Provide training and support to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
4. Documentation & Training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Deliver training sessions/ workshops and develop user guides to ensure key users are confident in using the ERP system.
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay updated on D365 F&O updates and features to recommend improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the ERP.
- Suggest and implement best practices to ensure the ERP system aligns with business goals.
