Biomesh P1 - The synthetic Biomesh patch is a non-absorbable, soft dura-mater barrier. It guarantees safety and presents a bilayer structure.
The synthetic Biomesh patches are indicated in spinal and cranial surgeries in the following cases:
- reinforcement and dura mater protection
- additional protection in case of dura mater breach or spinal fluid leakage
